I loved the layout. Clean and inviting. The staff was excellent! Very friendly and washed the loaner before they gave it to me. You had the car for a week and I received two updates.

Many thanks to Arrowhead Porsche. Had my car in for wheel repair which turned to be quite a process. Arrowhead stepped up and did an excellent job on all four wheels making the rash invisible and refinishing the wheels to the OEM color. Extra thank you to Mark and Johnny for coordinating the job with additional thanks to Mark for all the follow thru. Outstanding service with the care you expect from a Porsche dealer that came to thru with quality and precision.

New facility excellent. Sales manager very good. Transport while waiting not good yet. They lend cars when available or use Urber for short trips. I used Uber on my going with no problem but terrible problem on return. Not their problem but never-the-less very disappointing. It was so bad, the service manager had to personally come to get me.

Service was performed well. My complaint is that not once, in the 5 days that the dealership had the car, did any service personnel contact me regarding status and what to expect. I had to reach out to them and even after saying they would contact me, never did. You need to keep your customers informed. I expect better from Porsche.
