Honest Review: Purchased a 2016 Chevy Silverado form this location. That all went smooth of course, until there were problems. All vehicles from here are sold "AS IS", this is to protect the company and is understandable. Was told there were no issues with this vehicle, but I still opted to purchase the 2 year warranty. Two weeks after and only putting 300 miles on this vehicle there was lifter failure. The vehicle could not be driven without causing further damage. Lifter repairs are very costly. I called the warranty company and was told they could not help me with my situation and to call the dealer. It was never disclosed that this warranty company has a 15-day AND 1,000 mile waiting period. Now I know this dealer would most likely not help out because they do not need to based off the "AS IS" sale, but hey maybe these people are genuine, maybe they will do the right thing. Doing the right thing would lead to more positive reviews and customer referrals. So, I call the dealer and explain the situation and am told I need to call the warranty company. I explain they cannot help because of this waiting period and was told they do not know the warranty companies policies. How do you sell a warranty and not know the policies? Crazy! Overall the experience at this dealer ended horribly. I purchased a vehicle that does not run and was left on my own being told this is fair. This company is not fair and does not care about the consumer, only about protecting themselves. No attempt was made to help my situation and I do not recommend stepping foot in this lot.
