I am extremely disappointed.
I am extremely disappointed. I had an excellent credit score of 830 and I was given an interest of more than 9%. The f150 I purchased I had to take it to a mechanic that same day. I was shown a signed document that stated that the truck passed an inspection that stated everything was in perfect state. However, I had to pay almost $500 at the mechanic and that was over three weeks ago and it is not yet possible for me to receive my reimbursement to this date. For me it has been the worse experience in buying a used car.

Good people.
Good people. Good service. Ridiculous policy of adding 3% if I use a credit card. Offer 3% cash discount instead. Insulting and I will find a different place to have my car worked on. I’m already paying you $1000 for repairs and now it’s $1030? Nope. Firestone is right down the street.

Well, I never met the technician so I really can't give
Well, I never met the technician so I really can't give him a review. Shannon was very nice. I felt in a way like I was a little rushed when I first called to make the appointment. I guess maybe because it's a new place it's understaffed and there's just too much that he's having to do on his own? But definitely a super nice guy!

I was kept informed of status of repair and explained everything. The only problem I had was delay getting started because other work was backed up —— for maybe an hour or so.

Michelle at the front desk was very kind and hospitable
Michelle at the front desk was very kind and hospitable both over the phone and in person. Jeff was knowledgeable about the car i bought even though it was not a Honda. The finance manager was also very helpful. The dealership is clean and well maintained. I do however advise that you bring a jacket to wear during your wait. The wait time was a little long but I don’t hold it against them because there was only one person, as far as I could tell, handling the financing on a rainy Saturday.
