We had a very positive experience at Mountain View Honda

We had a very positive experience at Mountain View Honda in Dalton due mostly to the service manager Shannon Hollifield turning a mechanical mistake into a winning situation. He went over and above to get our car worked on quickly and efficiently while also being very gracious in talking to us and explaining things to us. Our car was finished while we waited and problem was solved and in good working order. We thank all who contributed to this good ending.

Jakob, my salesman was awesome.

Jakob, my salesman was awesome. He was very informative and courteous. Very personable and professional. Everything happened quite quickly and I love my new civic!

Bought a used car from this dealer.

Bought a used car from this dealer. When I got at home, I took it to the mechanic and it needed $2400 worth of work. Please, before you purchase any used car from them, please have a pre-inspection done. We have called multiple times to talk to people and they will not return our phone calls. Very disappointing. Would not recommend them to purchase a car.

When you purchased your vehicle on 8/23, we did agree to take care of the blinker issue, and that was completed and documented on a we-owe (car dealership lingo meaning – “here’s what we have promised to take care of after the sale”!!) To make things even easier, our team had Jakob personally deliver the vehicle to you in Cartersville at no charge once the repair was finished. Since then, we haven’t received any direct communication from you or your husband regarding additional concerns. The vehicle does have over 100k miles, so it’s always possible that another shop may recommend additional services. That said, we’d never want you to feel ignored or without support.
