They were able to look at my car sooner than expected and did a great job replacing my car battery. They even dropped my car off for me which was a great service! I didn’t have to bother anyone to take me to pick my car up.

Part and service is expensive. Estimate should be itemized I would recommend using another place

This is more of a review for Graff as a company. My wife is being charged a diagnosis fee of $200 for an issue that has a documented service bulletins from the manufacturer. This is something that I would expect the former owners of the dealership to do, but not Graff. We will never use Graff for service or to purchase a vehicle again.

Good service, not much help buying a 2026 F150. Wouldn't come down below 55k befor taxes. Found an identical one 400 miles away. They came down to 48k. With taxes, fmdocs and fees, 53, 813.

When I picked up my truck it wash and the tires shining let a mirror. When I paid for ceramic windows tint I asked for my tuck to be wish. All I got was an excuse; that the parking lot was being paved? My driver side mirror was very dirty. I guess from the overspray, putting on the tint.
