Polite people on phone when making appointment. Got my truck in the service bay right away. Both people on phone and at the service area explained the special on buying 2 oil changes and getting one free. Have 3 years to use them. Good for me since I don't put many miles on my truck! Got me in and out in good time frame.

The car I bought had several issues right away. I wanted to return it, but I could not get anyone to return my call to discuss that. The dealership did fix all issues which I was thankful for. But it took almost 2 months. Very poor communication. I definitely would not return to any Graff dealership or recommend them.
