Eric’s customer service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and zero pressure. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find what I was looking for. All the staff at Mazda of Elk Grove was friendly, and professional.

The dealership was professional and kind.

The dealership was professional and kind. My only gripe was that I was required to do a credit check when I was paying with a debit card, cash. It just seemed unnecessary and intrusive. I provided other multiple forms of identification. So, checking my credit when I wasn't applying for credit, again, felt unnecessary. But other than that, my experience was pleasant and straightforward.

Great dealer for Mazda!

Great dealer for Mazda! Easy to talk to and communicate with. Did a fantastic job at getting to know my family and I and what we were looking for. Extremely knowledgeable about the cars and was kind enough to answer our gazillion questions. Duc was the main reason we went with this dealership over others in the area. Appreciate all the help! Highly recommend!

Duc and Vanessa were great to work with. At no point did either of them get pushy or create an experience that felt like I had to rush my decision. As someone in sales I know the tactics and can spot the proverbial squeeze pretty quickly. There was none of that. The numbers were clear, communicated plainly, and easy to compare against one another (considered two different models). Would defintely lease or buy through this dealership again.

Eric and jaik were a pleasure to work with they helped me get my brand new 2025 Mazda 3 select sport. Best experience I’ve had at any establishment. Real professional and overall amazing people. I highly recommend if you’re looking at buying, leasing or financing a new or used car to come check out Mazda of Elk Grove.
