I strongly advise against buying a car from this dealership. In my experience, they are dishonest and sell vehicles that require repairs costing more than the value of the car itself. After purchasing a 2015 BMW 5 Series,(CASH) I discovered it needed over $10,000 in repairs. I also found evidence suggesting the mileage had been rolled back. When I brought these issues to their attention and requested that they address the problems, they refused to help. To make matters worse, the dealership has since changed its name, which raises even more suspicion about their business practices. I returned this Dealership on 02/28/2026 for repairs which didn’t happen I return again on 03/03/2026 for a reschedule for repairs that still wasn’t done please bare in mind on 02/28/2026 their name was “Luxe auto Galleria” and when I returned on 03/03/2026 their name was changed to “vault auto”. Extreme suspicious and very unethical this business should definitely get shut down and The person responsible should get arrested and charge! This has been an extremely frustrating and costly experience. I believe their actions are unethical and potentially illegal, and I hope the appropriate authorities look into this matter. Initially, I believed this dealership was a great place to purchase a vehicle. The customer service seemed excellent, and they appeared to have reliable, well-maintained cars. Unfortunately, my experience after purchasing the car has been very disappointing. When I test drove the vehicle, it drove well, but it was nearly out of gas. I was told to proceed with the purchase while the car was still on empty. The dealership provided a $200 discount and $20 for gas, which I appreciated at the time. They also gave me a signed “We Owe You” document agreeing to fix the spark plugs and thermostat after the sale. However, after completing the purchase, the level of customer service noticeably declined. It felt as though once the sale was finalized, I was no longer a priority. I scheduled a time to bring the vehicle back for the agreed-upon repairs. I was informed that the mechanic would be available between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. On the day of the appointment, I ran into delays but communicated multiple times with Jeremy via text to let him know I was running late. He responded and confirmed that the mechanic was there. However, when I arrived, I was told the mechanic had already left — despite them knowing I was still on my way. To make matters worse, the manager (whose name I did not get) was unaccommodating and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. He even stated that they did not have to fix the issues, despite the signed “We Owe You” agreement, which is a legal document. I drove over two hours to get to the dealership, only to be told to return the next day. It was a complete waste of my time and extremely frustrating. Overall, the experience has been disappointing. The dealership was very attentive when it came to making the sale, but afterward, the professionalism and customer service declined significantly.

False advertising and poor service. They hit you with "fees" several thousand dollars higher than what was listed online. When I asked them why, they said they list vehicles well below their own cost to "get people in the door." The 2017 Chevy Colorado I went to see was listed online at $17.5k when their own cost was around $20k, and they wanted to sell it to me for $23.5k with no room for negotiation! I will never recommend this place to others.

Car was listed for $7500. They wouldn’t let me buy with cash. Only a lone. Lone came out to $12,500. Very shady. Walked out quickly. Place with rip you off.
