Performance Dodge RAM of Woodbury

My husband took his truck which has always been serviced there. Where he bought it brand new. 2016 Dodge Ram limited 2500 6.4 engine. Dropped off for oil change they without us knowing took it for a ride. Said transmission went 5,6 gear. My husband purchased extend warranty and low and behold he was 5,600 mile past warranty. Nothing was told to him when he got serviced last check up. To renew. He has only 65,000 miles on it. Never used it for heavy duty as should have been able to. They wanted $7,014 to put in brand new one. Plus $67.00 to do oil change. As well as once they were in there it may be more if something else was wrong. He’s never missed an oil change appointment. Just put out for brand new tires. Oh and $160.00 for diagnostic check. If something was wrong with transmission WHY take it and run it hard 14 miles down highway??? So the transmission goes???? I’m taking this to a lawyer I believe. The sales woman answering calls was sweet as can be. Tyler was very nice. Parts department. But I question the unskilled mechanic who with dim check engine light which just came on 5 miles to dropping it off to take it and run it hard to destroy it!!!. I took my car Lexus 250 RX for windshield wipers. He was trying to rip out driver side wiper. Which mind you slips out. After he installed the larger blade on passenger side I told him it’s fine I will take it home have my husband fix it. His Truck was towed. And in a safe place to have transmission rebuilt for 2,000.00 at a transmission center. I understand times are hard and know for fact they mechanics make 40% commission. You should think before you cause a whirlwind of trouble for people as myself and my husband. He’s 61 yrs old his shop is closing he’s worked at for 30 years. Busting his butt to care for me a 3 year cancer patient. I’m still recovering from my 5th procedure surgery and treatments. You should really allow more than 25 words to get this out there. I’m still sending in hopes . Someone will compensate this disaster.

I am.completley done with you guys. I've been a loyal customer since 2007 and bought four trucks in that time. This last service I told Tyler I need my truck back Wednesday early since I was going away the next day. He called me 430.saying it was done. That screwed up my travel plans big time. I will be buying my new truck from turnersville dodge now.

I have been using the service department at performance Dodge for close to 15 years. The service is always excellent. I have bought six vehicles from the dealership due to the excellent service.

This is the second time I have visited Performance Dodge. They are very professional, thorough, and always complete my repairs in a timely manner. They always communicate with me before doing any repairs. They are great to deal with and are very fairly priced. Don’t think twice about getting your vehicle repaired there!!!

This is atleast my forth vehicle from this facility and I am always treated well from your staff. The sales person was more then helpful.

The best not only Dodge dealership, but out of all dealerships. Great work, on time as promised, Always have had nothing but professionalism, and courtesy when visiting.

They were very helpful in doing the required service for the recall. They later answered my question on the final resolution of the recall with the replacement part.

Why 25 words when I just say they did a good job and 25 word is too much to spend time doing 22 now 25 nice !!!
