The service man at the counter was very nice and cordial and funny they definitely took care of the problem the only thing they didn't do was to call me when the job was completed I had to call them the next day was not happy about that other than that nice place nice people

Knowledgeable and fast service I got the results that I was looking for and the estimated time was faster than I anticipated to be done

I recently had my oil changed at Performance Dodge Ram. Just showed up, no appointment. They still managed to get me in , without adding much to my wait time. Quick, efficient and on my way. Will definitely be going back for all my service work.

I was in today to buy a new Ram. While they didn't have exactly what i wanted they did have a certified pre owned. I was with what I thought was a salesman for about 35 minutes. I couldn't get a price for my trade and couldn't get a price for the truck from this person. I was tild he wasn't allowed. I told him that my trade would determine my to deposit. Still got no where. Since I told him I wanted to show the truck to my wife before I bought it they focused on when she would be available. If need be we could have paid cash for the truck but it never got that far. Not going back even though we've bought vehicles there in the past. Overall not a good, kinds weird experence.

Customer service is great. Always get me in when needed. They also try to work with me to give me the best price available. Been coming here for years

I don’t doubt the mechanical service provided or the surrounding customer service. But I waited an additional hour and a half with no communication about how long and/or what was actually being done while I waited. I would only ask for periodic updates if it’s going to be a longer wait.

Tom was awesome and walked me through everything getting done to my truck and fixing any problems that came up.... he explained things to me, where I could actually understand them. .

The salesman and everyone so far has been very good would recommend the dealer also service seems good also got in when we wanted for our running boards
