Everything from making the appointment to pick up went...

Everything from making the appointment to pick up went very easy. I wanted to find out if I could set up Sirius XM and forgot to ask before I left on Saturday. When I called on Monday they told me to come in after work and they would walk me through it. Unfortunately, my car is not set for it. Again, I had a great experience and will return should I need any service,

Outstanding service from start to timely finish for a critical my Ram 1500 had. Took me in on a Saturday walk in n started repair almost immediately! Finished repair timely n I was back on the road :)

The two gentlemen that handle the Service Department were...

The two gentlemen that handle the Service Department were (Tom Fogleboch & Tyler Dunning) extremely helpful in every respect. Indeed, Tyler Dunning’s expertise in handling a discrepancy situation in my Mopar Coupon purchase through Turnersville’s dealership was overwhelming. Whereas, I was charged $100 for a full synthetic oil coupon while being serviced with a $70 synthetic blend oil coupon agreement. Ridiculous to say the least.

Tyler in service is great. I am not happy at all that an update is not covered in my BUMPER to BUMPER warranty I paid extra for. As to whether it’s fixed or not I haven’t driven it yet

They chipped paint, left glue on door & grease on headliner while repairing a factory defect. I'm truly disappointed that no one gave a xxxx!
