Purchased my 3rd vehicle here. Aside from a more than fair trade amount on this purchase NOTHING has been good. Compared to my other purchases. I have brought the other two in for required services however have doubts now about bringing this one.

very nice staff...attentive and personable 2 hours for an oil change, but they were short staffed with mechanics couldnt submit with 19 words... you should change that

Went in for an oil change, multipoint inspection and tire rotation. When I got home I checked everything out and discovered the tires were not rotated. Nobody can rotate tire and not disturb the brake dust or leave smudge marks on any of the wheels or rims. It just can't be done... Obviously they didn't bother to rotate the tires but charges me for that service. Leaves me wondering if they took the time to check the belts, hoses, etc.

Staff is very nice and not pushy. I was treated very nice and it was a painless experience. Ben did an excellent job in giving me my best options and in a quick manner.

Workers were really friendly. Only complaint I have is I was told on the phone it would take around 2-3 hours. When I got there, I was told they weren’t certain how long it would take which is understandable. I left and came back around 5-6 hours later and they were working on it. I didn’t have to wait too long but just seemed odd a little it took so long.

I set up my appointment, my car was serviced and competed in scheduled time. Just an oil change and tire rotation, but still nice being dependable...Thanks.
