The intake process of dropping off was slower than I had...

The intake process of dropping off was slower than I had hoped but I was pressed for time so it may have been my perspective that morning. They called before lunch to let me know the problem and estimated cost. The car was ready less than 3 hours later. They pulled it up to me and all was well.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Salespersons Eric and Ben were a huge help with supplying me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Ben was always available, even days after the transaction for any questions I had.

I asked 8 times to stop asking me to do this survey. I had to explain what was wrong with my Jeep several times. Then the guy at the counter made it seem like I was an inconvenience to him when I asked him to pull my Jeep around by slamming the phone down.

To say this dealership was unorthodox in the best way...

To say this dealership was unorthodox in the best way possible would be an understatement. I never felt like I was being sold. It was a great, laid back, relaxing, and fun environment and made the experience of getting my new truck an absolute breeze. My personal salesman was Randy and I couldn’t have asked for a better guy. He was a pleasant, humble, straight forward, helpful, and overall professional man. The rest of the staff there was all very involved with each other and helping any way they could. Top notch dealer.

I travel a distance to come hear even though I live...

I travel a distance to come hear even though I live around the corner from Mt. Ephraim Dodge. Performance Dodge was so much more courteous and friendly. Every time I called they fit me right in. I was travelling a lot and they looked out for my needs and safety. Have not been disappointed yet! Happy with their service and everyone says hellol!
