They fixed the problem. Not great at keeping in touch and i was not clear on the cost of the diagnostic fees. Shame used to be the go to dodge dealer in the area. Really went down hill since Trent left

I brought my ram 1500 to the dealership for an engine light being on. The engine light was not on when I took it to the dealership. The service manager ask me if he could take it home to try to get the engine light to come back on. I also ask them to do an oil change on the truck. I called them the next day and they said the light did not come on. I told them I would pick the truck up after I get done work. When I went to pick the truck up they never did the oil change like I ask them to. They told me they thought I did not want my oil change because I was picking up my truck after work. They should have asked me if I still wanted my oil changed but they did not. I never told them not to change my oil.

Great customer service. Very easy to deal with. This is Mr third car I have bought from them. Already looking to replace my truck that is off lease soon
