Performance Dodge RAM of Woodbury

Very disappointed this time. Basic service job and the tech could not get it right. I had to stop and air the tires myself. I was under the impression thats part of the job I pay for.

The service staff is friendly and customer service oriented. The truck was ready quickly and I was called when the work was completed. I was very satisfied with the work.

Salesperson had alot of smiles...until you drove away with the purchased vehicle. SP was suppose to reach out to me that afternoon with some info, n the following Monday on a follow up NEVER DID.

The entire team made my new truck buying experience amazing!! Eric, Ben and Troy were so great it felt like I was a part of the family already! I would absolutely rate the dealership definitely go there if you are looking for a great experience! Thank you all at Performance Dodge.

Service was okay but a little slow, nearly 3 hours wait for an oil change. Maybe due to holidays but it wasn’t that crowded to take so long.

The best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’ve ben buying cars for over 30 years! Ben was great salesperson and Eric Gandy, the sales manager, was awesome. To say that Eric went above and beyond being helpful and made sure the buying process was easy would be an understatement. I would tell anyone looking for a new vehicle to call Eric before you call anyone else! Great experience, great vehicle, and great employees—I will definitely buy my next vehicle at Performance!
