Was charged $40 to patch a tire, $10 most other places....

Was charged $40 to patch a tire, $10 most other places. Was also charged $5 for some sort of shop fee that was explained as “ towels, soap and stuff that they use in the shop.” Why is that my responsibility?? I already paid a fortune for you to NOT update the software on my computer.

Pleasant workers. Clean and COVID conscious place. Very satisfied with work done on my truck. The guy at the service is very helpful and gets you out in a decent time. I would recommend Performance Dodge to my family and friends.

Was the worse place I have had my vehicle service every...

Was the worse place I have had my vehicle service every time I called they said my warranty was holding up the process and every time I called she warranty they claimed to have sent approval. I had to call every time to find out what was going on with my truck and on top of that when they said it was ready I picked the truck up and the steering was not functioning properly I couldn’t even leave the lot. Just short of 5 weeks I didn’t have a truck and was never offers a loaner

When buying my latest purchase, Salesman Troy worked hard to cover all our options to stay in our price range. We thought we would be leasing but we ended purchasing for around the same price as our lease. He made buying a car or truck a pleasant experience. The service department is the best. They get you in when you need to get in and get you out with the work done right the first time. I recommend checking out Performance Dodge/ Ram for your next purchase or lease.

I had the pleasure of working with the Sales Representative Ben Hernandez and I have to say it was the single greatest automotive purchasing experience of my life. He was kind, receptive, down to earth and not in the least bit aggressive or pushy as so many sales personnel can be in this industry. He made my wife and I feel very welcome and he spoke gracefully about our car buying needs and provided a calm pressure-free auto shopping experience. Ben was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and helped us find and obtain our dream truck.
