lie and more lies
walked in looking at a new charger and had a current altima which was a lease, they said they would buy the car and payoff my buyout contract which was 9 payments left plus the restocking fee. Coming into the paperwork aspect they confused me with coming back multiple times and telling me something different multiple times. they tried saying i had one payment and that was wrong i said NO it was 9 payments of 400. then he went to talk to the manager and he walks over saying you told us 1 payment was left, I said NO never did i say that i said 9 are left. They both went back to the computer and came back and said well it changed everything and your payment went up for terminating your contract and taking a penalty and making my payment go to 419. ALL in ALL i was lied to the whole time and they made it seem like everything was working in my favor but it wasnt cause now i still have to buyout my contract on top of a new car payment. NEVER NEVER will i buy or recommend anyone to buy or get anything from this place. I was angry for being scammed and went back weeks later and told them what they did of course they denied it and tyhe ones salesman while i was working off was saying things like come back and say it to me and all this trying to get me to fight him or something! very unprofessional never again!

Bait and Switch
If you get a letter from them saying they can upgrade your vehicle for equal or less than current payment disregard. It is a scam. Showed up with letter. They came up with BS numbers not even running my credit which is excellent. Mgr arrogant. Salesman BSer. Filed complaint with Dodge Corporate. Go down the road a little bit on Rt 45 to Woodbury Nissan. Nice people there. Straight shooters. Performance Dodge personnel. Not even close. Stealers not dealers.

Worst Customer Service!
Purchased a 2015 Ram just 7 months ago with 29,000 k on it. at 37,000 the Fuel pump Module fails and they want me to fork out $575.00 because I'm out of warranty. Out of warranty?? Only 1000 miles out of warranty and only had the truck 7 months and they want me to pay for it. Well after debating it they decided to pay for the labor which still ended up costing me $375.00. That's Crazy! Customer service would have been them paying for the entire job since I was a new customer , I even went to them for all my oil changes. I haven't owned an American vehicle for over 31 years and never had an issue like this with any of the imports I purchased since then. the moral to this story is, The American vehicles especially Dodge can not match the craftsmanship of the imports. I should have known better. Anybody looking to buy a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500?? It;s going on the market. I'm going back to my imports.

WOW I HAVE TO AGREE....POOR POOR POOR
I have read all the reviews and more than agree with EVERYONE! DO NOT BUY FROM PERFORMANCE DODGE. You would not believe what I have been through with them. Lou is a real piece of work! Frank?!?!?! Not sure why he is still there! Apparently they don't read the reviews. Im not sure how the average salesperson can work there as well. If they are smart they will RUN RUN RUN. When you receive email from Performance Dodge, it isn't even from them! They use services who keep emailing even after you purchased the vehicle! Maybe that should have been a warning! Even the How was our services emails! Another Service! Apparently why they have no clue to what is going on. Then try to contact DODGE/FIAT! Good Luck with that one! Was a very bad experience, and we are repeat buyers! NOT ANYMORE! Good Luck with the owners Son In Law! He married into the business! And the mail you keep getting from them....Not from THEM! I could on on! They don't deserve even 1 STAR. NO STARS FOR PERFORMANCE DODGE!

Horrible experience!!
Stay clear of this dealership. Sold me a vehicle with all the previous owner personal info inside!! They make promises and do not follow through. The biggest jerk is the General Manager Frank. Do NOT believe anything he says.We bought TWO vehicles in less than a month. He makes empty promises he doesn't keep. When its time to sign he renigs on all promises. Be careful when you trade in a vehicle. The used vehicle I purchased still had all the previous owners personal papers in the glove box. Receipts with the previous owners name, address, and phone #. The Bluetooth phone info included all the previous owners contacts and the navigation still had her home address and past destinations. This dealership does not value their customers or their personal privacy. A week after we signed the paperwork we received a call that all the paperwork needed to be redone due to typos. We were shuffled from person to person the day we signed. It was very unprofessional. I was told I had to come up immediately to redo it. It was very inconvenient and they were not apologetic. They simply stated that mistakes happen. They only provided us with one key FOB. We requested another on and they refused. Told us they would contact the previous owner. Well they didn't. Our salesman John told us twice they did but I was able to contact her with the personal info left in the vehicle and she said no one called her. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was also told they did not want my trade and did everything they could not to take it.

Don't buy beware!!!
Please don't buy from here. Liars on pricing. Jewel and leo. Bullshitters! Misleading prices to get you in the door. Phil was the only salesman that could make anything happen. Sales manager could care less take or leave it. I you decide read performance dodge dealer reviews first. If you want great sales go to pontis gmc . See there sales staff. They will treat you with respect. Once my lease is up that's where I'm going! Word of mouth goes along ways. I should have listened.

Try Ford or GMC down the road.
Let me know when Performance Dodge figures out what's going on! I wouldn't not recommend buying a vehicle from Performance Dodge. Good Luck if you already have.

WHO CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER?
I wrote this on their website several months ago! The Owner, etc never reached out to me....hmmm. This review DOES NOT apply to Salespersons: Jaime and Dave! Want to be treated disrespectfully? Just try to negotiate with Sales Manager Frank Sarino. Do not try to maturely negotiate a lower price or ask how the money factor and residual he used to calculate a lease's monthly payment. Mr. Sarino's response was "I have 30 years in car sales." and repeatedly reply, with any new questions asked, "Are you going to buy the car or not?". I seriously felt physically threatened by his aggressive body language and rough demeanor. I am a 60 year old man, not a child, whose everyday work is customer service. It is not as if I have encountered bad behavior before, but never this badly or so rudely. I reported this bad behavior to Dodge Motor Company. The only positive note were the 2 salespersons, Jaime and Dave, who were very close to closing the deal with me. Both very polite, personable and professional.

Extraordinarily easy buying process
I was in getting a vehicle service and they really treated me well from beginning to end. It made more sense to get a newer vehicle then to maintain my old vehicle. They lowered my payments and applied no pressure at anytime.
