JR was great!

JR was great! He got me in and out in a decent amount of time and shared with me what was done on my vehicle. However, my washer fluid was still completely empty in my vehicle, not JR's fault by the mechanic that serviced my car did not follow through on his end. That was a little disappointing.

I am most satisfied with the service that I received on

I am most satisfied with the service that I received on my 2010 Honda Accord EX-L on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. Ivan Gonzalez was my service provider, and Phillip Massa my mechanic. Both of them are excellent (5 stars *****), personable and helpful. I truly enjoyed working with them. They explained matters related to my vehicle and offered sound guidance.

We came into the dealership not really wanting to talk to

We came into the dealership not really wanting to talk to a sales person. Giorgio made my wife and I feel so comfortable. On top of that Peter, the sales manager and Eli the finance manager helped everything run perfectly. Again, if it wasn't for Giorgio, we probably would not have bought a car at this time. Amazing sales person!!

I had a 9 am appointment.

I had a 9 am appointment. While waiting they took 2 other people before me who didn’t have an appointment. When they finally got to me it was 9:30 I was rudely spoken to by a man who told me they were short handed and that it would take at least 2 hours for my car to be serviced. I asked if someone could drive me home, I was told no, they were short handed again It took them 3 hours to finish my car, in that time no one came to give me any updates I only knew they were done because I saw my car in the parking lot
