The salesman was kind and professional. We had a budget and they did everything they could to stay within that budget.

I brought my 2025 Honda CRV to Ocean Honda to address two recall notices. The service rep explained exactly what needed to be inspected. The work was Summarized for me and it was completed in a timely manner The rep also helped me order some accessories that will be installed at a later date.

Not happy with the outcome of the visit but more upset with the way it was handled. Told 2 technicians test drove my car but ZERO miles were put on it! Told I had a dead cell in my battery causing another issue. Took car to batteries plus and had it checked to find NO problem!!! with the battery. This is the 3rd car in 5 years purchased here and won’t be a 4th.

Robert did a great job getting me In and out. Was very quick and efficient.
