I have noticed your dealership to be “top notch”.

I have noticed your dealership to be “top notch”. I purchased my CRV 2024, last February from Ishmael V. Gomez. This is the second car I have purchased from Ishmael. He is very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. It is a pleasure to work with him. I have to also mention Robert Marchido. He is always pleasant and willing to take care of all my needs regarding my CRV. Even in the waiting area, I have been approached by other employees asking if I need anything and if they can help me. This is all very important to me as a customer.

Received a "Recall" notice from Honda Corp.

Received a "Recall" notice from Honda Corp. regarding a safety issue for our 2024 Honda CR-V. Contacted Ocean Honda of Port Richey and scheduled the appointment. Easy Peasey! Arrived early and was greeted by Mickey (Service Porter) with a smile and a friendly greeting. Ivan Gonzalez (Service Advisor) immediately took over, handling the paperwork, and had my car driven to begin part installation process. Ivan is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I waited at the Cafe counter, and had a pleasant conversation with Eva (Cafe Mgr.). During my time there, Tara Schwartz (Service Concierge) came by to inquire if there was anything the Dealership could do to assist me further. My hour wait time was spent enjoying a cup of Hot Chocolate. I'm really impressed with the treatment and service you receive at Ocean Honda. I find the professionalism starts at the top, with the General Manger John Monteleone, and permeates throughout the entire staff at Ocean Honda. The overall atmosphere is what keeps me coming back to Ocean Honda (did I mention I have bought three Honda's here).

Ocean Honda is comfortable, clean and courteous, with satisfactory service. Brandon, my service rep gives me the full breakdown on the service I’ve received. Overall, I’m confident and satisfied with the service and will return in 5K or sooner if need be.
