We purchased a vehicle through HPM in July of last year. We were told it was in perfect operating condition with no issues and had been thoroughly checked and would not need any upcoming work. Upon getting the vehicle home within the first week we noticed it making an odd noise and performing odd. I let the dealership know and we scheduled to bring it prior to the 30 day return period ending. My partner took the vehicle and explained what was going on and the concerns we had. We had disclosed to them we would not want to keep a vehicle with serious mechanical issues but were told once again the car was perfect. My partner explained we had a trip to visit family out of state and wanted to verify the car would be ok for the trip. They said absolutely there was nothing to worry about it. A few days later on the trip we broke down out of state in the middle of nowhere. we ended up stranded for nearly a week while we had the car towed, diagnosed, and figured out a way to get it and us home across state lines. After getting the car hauled back home, It cost us thousands of dollars not to mention the stress. I reached out to the dealer who initially responded and apologized but then did not respond when i asked to return the car. I have sent numerous messages, calls, and emails to our salesman and the dealership and they refuse to respond to us. I have been trying for months and continuing to pay for a car that doesn’t work and requires fixes that equal almost half of the vehicles equity. On top of this, the vehicle was missing a door handle cover when purchased. They added in to our contract that they would get the handle and install it. Seven months later we still do not have it. I would never recommend this dealership unless you want to be lied to and scammed

They Don’t honor advertising price. Went to this dealership to buy a car cash. On the advertisement it listed a cash price but when I got to close the deal the manager advised me that he couldn’t sell me the car at that price.Wanted to add the price of someone would be using their financing lenders. What a joke.Don’t waste your time money or energy.

They sold me a vehicle with preexisting conditions. I have had this vehicle for less than 30 days and it needs a transmission. Per mechanic, the internal bearing is failing, fluid was full and dark, and there were no codes present.

Advertises one price, adds $2500 at the end. Not disclosed in their listing except for a very strange worded "drive today for $2490" which sounds like that much down and finance the rest. Was paying cash and they added $2500 to the price. Very shady people. How people still buy from them I will not ever understand.

Unfortunately this is another scam dealership down in the Miami area. They advertise one price but then when you call they tell you the advertised price does not include a $2,500 down payment. Plus they will not let you take the vehicle to a local dealership to do a pre-purchase inspection which is a major red flag.

I bought a car there and had a terrible experience. They knowingly sold me a defective car and deceived me about the condition. When I tried to get help days after the purchase they told to go pound sand. They lie and deceive, don’t trust a word they tell you
