I recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata from Richardson and had an outstanding experience! Elisa was genuinely attentive to what I was looking for, making sure all my questions were answered in detail. Her expertise and kindness put me at ease throughout the purchasing process. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, and driving away with my new car felt terrific. I highly recommend Richardson for anyone looking for a reliable dealership with exceptional service!This is the place to go. They went above and beyond. The transistion was so smooth. I AM WELL 🙏

I recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata from Richardson and had an outstanding experience! The WORST experience I have ever had purchasing a car!! Thank you LEVI and JEREMY I would give them a zero star if I could. Their "#1" salesman Levi was extremely friendly and helpful right up until he received my downpayment. He assured me that the vehicle would be thoroughly inspected and would have a full tank of gas. I told him the stuff i wanted replaced or looked at and fixed. Instead once my jeep was dropped off it was completely EMPTY. After the sale, Levi was no help at all. The level of customer service completely changed once they had my money. The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional and difficult to work with. I even received a text from the finance department in ALL CAPS regarding my registration and license plate (which is still have not received). Rather than resolve the issues they pushed everything onto the Albuquerque branch. Which again Levi did not communicate what was all needed to get looked at and replaced. thankfully the Albuquerque team was amazing, professional and incredibly helpful throughout this process. they went above and beyond to assist me and were the only positive part of this experience. unfortunately based on my experience with the Richardson location, once they have your money, customer service is no longer a priority to them. The GM Jermey called me and pretty much was aggressively talking to me and yes i was heated because after talking with Levi 5-6 times and getting no were yes anyone would be upset. He was very unprofessional. During the call he accused me of being "uncooperative" and implied the all he can do is call the Albuquerque office then he read my review I posted called me back and pretty my and almost called a B**** and told me he is going to call the Albuquerque branch to not assist me with my issues and abruptly hungup on me. The experiece i had with the Richardson Location was incredibly disappointing. From the lack of communication regarding the delivery of my vehicle to the way my concerns have been handled afterwards, its is beyond unacceptable. Fair warning Levi and Jermey will put a great show for you up front. But afterwards you don't mean anything to them.
