Making an appointment was not the smoothest but once I got in to have the car serviced, it was smooth, easy and when unexpected problems arose, Graff took care of the problem and it went smoothly.

Tire rotation and alignment . They did not tighten my front tires enough. Tire almost fell off while driving. I had terrible shaking and grinding while driving. Took to another shop. They discovered loose tire and lugs. Also the lugs on every other were loose and not torqued to spec. I have 2 vehicles that I take there. I will never purchase or have them do maintenance as I feel this was gross negligence and put my well being in danger.

I purchased a vehicle and traded in. The dealership lost my plate and took no ownership of their mistake. Once the papers were signed- the dealership had no follow through. I made several calls to the salesman and the general manager and it took much effort to get a call back. Again, even with a call back, no effort was made on behalf of the dealership to rectify the lost plate.

It was my first time there for service. Pulled up to the wrong bay (not marked). Went in and couldn’t find anyone. Then I saw three guys in an office socializing. I stood there for a while (I didn’t want to interrupt. They ignored me. I saw a service guy walk by my car so I went and asked him where I should go. He looked at me confused/angry like I was being a jerk for asking. Went back in and saw someone and he told me I parked in the out bay. When I moved the car to the in bay line two people after me were lined up before me. They said very busy day. But I had an appointment. Three hours for oil change and tire rotation. I’ll go back because I have to.

I went in for regular 55k mile maintenance. I was in there for about an hour and a half. As a remote employee I appreciate the free WiFi. I was also given regular updates on the timeline of the service. Once complete I was also given estimates on breaks and tires if I chose to get that service done at the dealership
