I felt like the service was very professional in the way he answered my questions and took care of me. I felt like it was done in a timely manner. the waiting room was nice and clean and had some good snacks and coffee for the customers while waiting. Overall, I had a great experience thank you Graff Toyota.

Oil change was fine. I waited at dealer. Was told to expect text when service was done. My phone did not receive the text, but they had time stamp to when text was sent. Partially my fault for waiting 2.5 hr to go & ask. Was used to old owner, Bosiak, & their routine. First time at Graff. In future will not depend on text, in person instead.

People were nice I ordered a car, not much of a sales pitch needed, I guess when ordering a car there was no negotiation

It was ok. I felt once they knew we had the title in hand for our trade the offer went way down. We were not given a fair price for our trade. All John was interested in was selling us the ceramic package. A final cost for everything was not discussed until the very last thing!
