Ended up waiting 3 hrs for an oil change/tire rotation that I had an appointment for - after 2 hrs I finally got tired of waiting and asked about the delay (no one came out to the waiting area prior to this time to explain that there would be a delay)

The facility is very clean and comfortable. The Irishman was extremely helpful and had interesting conversation/chitchat. He made the time pass quickly. He is very good at customer service. The dealership is pleasant and efficient. I actually like going there because of the good vibes, as opposed to other places which are crowded, loud, and annoying...

After an initial diagnostic on Monday a part needed to be ordered and we set up an appointment on Wednesday for service. On Wednesday I came in but the part was apparently never ordered so Juan made sure the part was ordered and I come back Thursday to have the service done. Juan was very professional and helpful.

Always straight forward, transparent and helpful when needing service. Staff is friendly and address needs promptly

They were very great with explaining things and making things clear. At no point did I feel pressured into anything.

Good dealership , but waits were long for purchase and service. I felt I got a good deal though and am happy with my choice
