Hiley Chevrolet, the dealership included a UWSC Paint & Fabric Appearance Protection and Limited Warranty Contract in the final paperwork. Although we specifically discussed this item and it was supposed to be removed, it was added back onto the agreement. I find this bait-and-switch tactic unacceptable.

Charged me $850 basically for a diagnostics test. I came in because my car wouldn’t start without being jumped after the winter storm here in Dallas. I have warranty on my battery under the hood and I voiced that I was having a battery issue. They had my car for almost two weeks and kept telling me that they couldn’t find an issue. I was once told they wouldn’t charge me for a for the diagnostics test if they couldn’t find anything. Every day they told me they couldn’t find an issue until one morning I get a call saying the problem was my auxiliary battery. It’s frustrating the auxiliary battery is only $149 and they charged me $850 for that total. Horrible business because they didn’t work with me or try to help come up with a cheaper solution.
