Great experience at CarMax! Friendly staff, no pressure, and an easy buying process. They made everything simple and stress-free. Highly recommend.

Poor communication and follow up. I thought the process would be easy but it’s not even though I had a speedy pick up. Received my car and it was very dirty which was a disappointment. They also did not list all the issues and defects the car had which was also a disappointment customer service is a challenge because you talk to an 800 and explain the process then you’re still transferred to the dealer you’re buying from.

The whole transaction of trading and buying was flawless as usual. My third time with Carmax.

Fixable car issue, could have been fixed but denied. Did help me with illegal tint and front license plate bracket but did not want to help me with front damaged bumper liner. Dealer answered all my text before my purchase, but sent a text after my purchase and haven't got a response.

The people at CarMax were amazing when I first arrived I did not like the idea that I could not view the vehicles without talking to somebody but after entering the showroom that changed people were very nice and willing to show me whatever I wanted to see. I've purchased over 50 vehicles in my life and this might be the best experience I've had The general manager / store manager helped me as I was in a hurry and she recognized it from across the room she made sure I was in and out in a very timely manner where I could keep my appointment that I had after visiting your store. I would give you guys the highest ranking there is I appreciate everybody at CarMax El cajon
