It depands which person is helping you in the service department. I forgot his name my appointment was on friday at 4 I was the last client for the day, he send me to review the additional services and prices if I agree, and it showed me 85 dollars for a filter change I said ok that and oil change I signed was 149 approximately together. When I come back he gave me a bill of double that price I said that is not what I agreed on, how can he give me now double the price for a filter change, he said that was mistake what he sended me that this is the real price I said no, there was no manager around I said I won't leave unless he change it to what I signed for I had a screen shot that I agreed on 85 dollars for that filter change not 200. After the service they left the car very dirty inside. Very disappointed last time. I've had good experiences too with people that care and don't try to take advantage of

Worst customer service you can possibly find. Tried to defraud us when we came in through the Costco buyers program. We will never again set foot in this dealership for service or to purchase. Junk cars. Junk service people. Just sales people.

Didn't explain nothing. The stuff she asked me to do 4 months ago was completely different than what she recommended this time. Gave her coupon to use which she didn't use correctly.
