Used the chat feature on the website to find out what is in the $1995 "Desert Shield Package," but the chat bot/person could only ask for my number, "so a member of the sales team could reach out to me." I asked them to put the information in the chat, and they asked for my email. When I asked them a third time they responded by giving me the sales phone number, which was already on the webpage I was on and stopped responding. Not sure why they have a $1995 add on with no explanation as to what it is. Tint? Ceramic coating? Spray on fabric protector? Paint protection film and door guards?

Sales people were terrific BUT the service department wasn’t able to fix the issue of the recall on my 2025 Kicks. They obviously were not trained for it. Still waiting to hear back from them as to when they can do the repair😡

Bryan and Noe - Noel, were amazing. Both have top tier service. Only complaint - asking people to upgrade their car when they're waiting on service, which is stressful enough, is unnecessary. Wasn't Bryan or Noe but some sales manager in a white shirt.
