I bought a used 2018 ford focus at this dealership and anything that could go wrong did granted holler had recently acquired this dealership but I bought the car because it was a one owner and serviced at the dealership it’s whole life and had relatively low mileage I don’t have anything but positive things to say about the salesman Finn but there was a small ding in the windshield that they wouldn’t fix and they wouldn’t replace the tires either so I’ll have extra expense very soon to replace the tires. However the real problem involved multiple paperwork errors initially the buyers order had the wrong price on it because of charge that didn’t belong then we received updated paperwork which had my wife’s name wrong which caused the financing to not go thru I had to provide my own financing which ended up being better because it was a much lower interest rate then they wouldn’t provide me any paperwork showing what kind of work was done to the car by the dealership to get the car ready for sale then to put the icing on the cake the temporary tag expired before the real one came then when it finally came it’s only good until my birthday in 2 months instead of extending it to the next year. And even worse on the certificate of title listed the wrong finance company they put the one they originally were going to use instead of the one I provided so it’s been one problem after another has taken 6 weeks so far so I’m not sure if all the problems are fixed

Just left there today.8/13/25. How to 7 AM appointment for a recall and was told that there was no mechanics there yet and was seen at about 8 o'clock AM. After about 4 hours they told me my car was done and waited another hour to get my car. Very disorganized would not go back. Apparently my adviser forgot about me and another adviser saw me waiting and asked me and then was taken care of.

Quick, professional and knows how to sell a car….. it didn’t take a full day to complete, few hours day one, minutes the next day to deliver! Fin did a great job!

Super clean and welcoming dealership. Our salesman, Justin was friendly and patient(we looked at 4 different vehicles). Dragon, the finance guy was great. We’ve never had a better finance guy than Dragon, he was very good at explaining everything. The last Ford dealership I purchased from was not a great experience and I’ll never return to them. I will definitely recommend this dealership, salesman, and finance guy!
