Just had my 2021 AT4 in the service department for an unexpected check engine light. Went through a spectrum of test so it took a week. My service manager Kyle Duke went above and beyond my expectations during this process, daily updates even multiple updates in the end also even got my bill reduced to nothing on things not covered by my warranty. Extremely grateful, have always received exceptional service here but this one was by far the best. Thank you Kyle and the team at AV GMC for getting me back on the road.

We got off to a slow start in the service department as I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone noticed I was there, but we finished strong with friendly and fast service. Overall, good experience.

Staff was nice. But had my truck over a week. I lost a lot of work do to not having it. I also have 3 children in car seats and was unable to get a loaner/rentsl vehicle that could accommodate me.

Rates are way to ridiculous And I hear same story trying to say my truck threw a battery short code They got caught cause I have a reset if anyone tries to mess with my electrical or steal my truck, I heard them try this xx on another customer while I was there Said they had to jump start my truck but batteries were going because I installed a anti theft I caught them

I dropped my truck off for just an oil change at 830. My service rep stated it would take an hour or hour and half. She left shortly after that and didn’t return. I sat in the lobby for 4 hours before I realized my truck had been done for presumably a couple hours. I then had to ask for help from someone else to check out. I understand things happen, but communication within the department and the customer would go a long way.
