Our experience at AutoNation was positive!

Our experience at AutoNation was positive! Everyone was attentive and kind! Our salesman Bill Prince was very patient and informative throughout the process and I will be recommending him to friends and family!

The sales team was professional, courteous and helpful.

The sales team was professional, courteous and helpful. Our sales associate, Kenneth Lightfoot gave us great customer service. The finance department took a really long time to process the purchase and trade-in with all of the paperwork once we had selected and agreed on the purchase price of the vehicle, which was the only frustrating part. Almost two hours of just sitting and waiting to sign and finalize everything, then 30 minutes more to complete that part. We had a 3 hour drive home, so by the end we were tired and about to lose our minds.
