My vehicle had a recall attached to it for a PHEV software update. I dropped the car off and the recall work was completed, along with a complementary full vehicle inspection. The work was completed in about 6 hours, which was a little longer than anticipated and quoted, but I was provided with two Uber vouchers which allowed me to travel to my office, work during the day, and then travel back to pick up the vehicle with no cost to me.

Sales staff were great. Omar went out of his way to make sure I got the right car. They even transported another car next to my first choice. That made the decision so easy.

Overall easy process with easy to talk to representatives. No xx, although finance always seems to take longer than it should. Everyone treated me the way I wanted to be treated, very respectful staff.

Tony could not have been more helpful and pleasant. My first time at this center and could not have been easier. Had a dent fixed that I had not noticed. Followed up the next day to see if I had andy questions or concerns. Excellent service.

Bought my Q7 in for a recall service and once checked was told that I have 2 recalls for my vehicle and both would be attended to at the time of service. The knowledge and accommodation for service is what keeps me believing I made the right vehicle purchase.

This is my fourth Audi from AutoNation (formerly Fletcher Jones). My pre purchase dealings were straightforward and I received honest and prompt feedback about the car I was considering. I initially planned to get another Q7, but after the sales team explained my options with a Q8 and an SQ8, I decided the SQ8 was a much better fit for my wants and needs. So glad they explained these options. Car was in stock and I had it prepped and ready in a couple days.
