Agreed on price for a used vehicle with Yesenia. She asked me to send my drivers license and details, which I was preparing. A gentleman called and said it’s selling at auction for higher than our agreed price and that I need to match that. I declined. Yesenia was helpful, though I do suspect less-than-honest sales tactics. I encourage buyers to get details in writing.

The day i drove off the lot I called them about the issue the car is still having. its been a month now I cannot drive the car cause the temperature gauge dont work. they say they will call back and never do. I am paying on a loan for a car i cannot drive. I have called many time and no answer and when I did speak with the owners we keep going over the same issue and nothing is getting done. I took the car to cole Gilmore here in Kalamazoo they confirmed that the gauge is not working and when run to long makes a loud noise. Instacar refuse to pay Cole Gilmore, to fix the car cause they said they could fix it for less. As of today the car is still at Cole Gilmore. I am so disappointed in that company they are good people but for whatever reason my issues is of no importance to them. I have been very respectful when I call even though this is frustrating. I really thought they cared about the customers when infact they are only concerned with the dollar.
