Had some issues initially—used car we bought had serious

Had some issues initially—used car we bought had serious issue that should not have passed inspection. Took some doing but dealership took care of it. Also, hard sell on extra warranty coverage was too much. Service, especially Esmirna, has been excellent

Clean, comfortable facility with a professional

Clean, comfortable facility with a professional workforce! The valets welcoming reception is always appreciated. As always, I am very pleased with Ahmed’s work. He does an excellent job and, he is the reason why I came back for service. Additionally, my first encounter with my service provider, Daniel Braslavskiy was positive from start to finish. He provided exceptional customer service. Daniel reviewed Ahmed’s video inspection of my car and thoroughly explained everything. He answered all my questions and made sure that I was accommodated while Ahmed worked on the vehicle. During a second visit, Rene Osorio assisted me. He was extremely helpful and provided the great customer service that I needed. Keep up the great work!

I had a great buying experience with BMW Anexandria

I had a great buying experience with BMW Anexandria professional and easy to work with on the sales side. However, the service side consistently falls short. This Saturday, I scheduled a 9 AM drop-off to address a slow tire leak. Despite the appointment, it took 65 minutes before I was able to drop off my vehicle, and it wasn’t taken in until 10:05 AM. Unfortunately, long waits like this are not unusual. The appointment schedule doesn’t seem to have any real flow control or meaning. While they did replace the tire, my vehicle was returned with visible scratches, and the new tire wasn’t even inflated to the recommended PSI. Disappointing to see such a lack of care and attention to detail after an otherwise positive purchase experience.

Great service, friendly staff from arrival through

Great service, friendly staff from arrival through cashier. Great job keeping me updated on status of my service and additional suggested services as well as cost. Only issue was excessive wait time to turn in my car for service. My appointment was at 0800 and I arrive at 0750. It took until 0840 to see a service representative. There was still a long line of cars waiting to get service when I departed. Everything after car turn in was perfect.
