My only issue is that BMW if Alexandria changed all four brakes and rotors 16,000 miles ago. Why did my back brakes/rotors get worn out so quickly? I tried to get an answer but have not been able to connect.

⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Top-Notch Service Department! I brought my vehicle into BMW of Alexandria to change a light that was broken and was blown away by the level of professionalism and care. From check-in to pick-up, everything was smooth, efficient, and well-communicated. The Service Advisor kept me updated throughout the process and took the time to explain what was being done and why. There were no surprises—just honest recommendations and great service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and my vehicle was ready exactly when they said it would be. It even came back cleaner than when I dropped it off! I really appreciate the attention to detail and the respect they show for both the customer and the vehicle. I wouldn’t take my car to any other dealership. The sales representative that sold me the car, Hossein Alavi arranged the visit and came to say hi and talked to me for a little while. Great dealership!
