Porsche Arlington performed exceptional service for my Porsche. Fully executing manufacturer warranty and tire and wheel protection with no questions asked! - The Service Advisor was able to address all of my concerns and take necessary corrective actions. - The service technician was highly skilled and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. - I was treated fairly by the sales team when looking at Porsches on the showroom floor. - The courtesy shuttle was able to take me to the gym while my Porsche was worked on. - The refreshments and snack bar was adequately stocked. - The showroom floor was updated with ample tables and chairs.

Hassan is amazing!
Hassan is amazing! I can call or text him anytime of the day and he will make sure that I have an appointment and a loaner if required, but I actually enjoy sitting in the Clean dealership and looking at the cars and chatting it up with the guys. I had to take my car in for tire replacement and thank God the wheel/tire/door ding/glass protection insurance covered that and they did a great job plus cleaned the car! I only trust my Macan and Boxster to Hassan and Arlington Porsche!

They tried to hustle me I suppose since I’m a woman.
They tried to hustle me I suppose since I’m a woman. When I wouldn’t agree to the additional services they quoted me an oil change price more than double what I paid at Tysons and what’s listed as the average price online. It was really disgusting to witness. I left without my car being serviced. And drove 2 hours to get there- so I guess he thought they had me and I would pay anything. They were wrong.
