My experience with Porsche Arlington was excellent. I felt Service agent was very attentive and went above and beyond to deliver the great service. It was easy to make an appointment on line I was able to change the appointment once on line but I wasn’t able to change it for the second time so probably there is a room for improvement on line

In true Porsche fashion, the dealership is as impressive
In true Porsche fashion, the dealership is as impressive as its associates. I worked with one of the Porsche Brand Ambassadors, Junehee, who was responsive, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. Junehee thoroughly reviewed the car buttons and switches and personally took the vehicle to a state inspection facility. Although this was my first Porsche purchase, I don't foresee it being my last, especially if I can work with Junehee.

The base payment for service is very hight.
The base payment for service is very hight. The employees keep changing, what make me think that something is wrong with this dealership. The shuttle service is good.
