Have been leasing jaguars from them for twenty years. Just leased an F-Pace. It was the smoothest transaction ever. Agent (KZ) was outstanding in helping find the car and set it up for us. I also value their excellent service department. All in all a very customer service oriented outfit. Joy to work with

Above and Beyond Excellence Purchasing Experience

My wife & I had been in the market for an SUV for quite some time since June but never really got that WOW feeling from any other vehicle we'd seen. We sort of put our search on hold & shelved our list of dealerships to pursue until later in the year. Then, this last week I saw a listing from Rosenthal Jaguar for a CPO F-Pace Prestige for an unbeatable price. I immediately reached out to their sales team. KZ was very informational, persuasive & flexible (with my hectic schedule) to get me behind the wheel for a test drive. I went into the dealership in the morning to do so, loved the vehicle and since I had already been pre-approved by my bank institution, all i had to do was fill out Rosenthal's paperwork to get the ball rolling on the rest of this process. I stepped away to go run a few errands, but in the meantime the sales team + finance manager James Duncan were instrumental in ensuring nothing stopped while i had stepped out. Upon my return in the early afternoon with my trade-in vehicle, they had all the paperwork finished, ready to take possession of my trade-in leaving only the necessary walkthrough all the signatures & acquisition of my immaculate CPO F-Pace. The entire experience A-Z was flawless. I've purchased many luxury vehicles over the last 20 years & this was by far The Best experience far none! Their distinct humanity to an industry that otherwise treats customers as potentials leads & figures on sales charts enables them to excel to provide stellar customer service, attention to detail, flexibility in scheduling, expedience in process & friendliness. They score all of the high ratings in the aforementioned aspects of how one would typically rate such a dealership but personally, I was making a purchase to surprise my wife with what would become her vehicle and everyone at Rosenthal Jaguar were excellent at helping me expedite this purchase making my wife's surprise that much more enjoyable! I never felt like i was just another transaction, rather with I was a valued customer walking in the door interested in Jaguar, leaving as an owner & new member of the Rosenthal Jaguar family. Thanks again guys!

Beware Dishonest Staff at this Dealer ! Don’t trade in/Sell!

Got my brand new vehicle with under 1000 miles on it appraised and the vehicle condition reported curb rash on all wheels and scratches all over car . When I asked the used car finance manager (Mo) to point out where the scratches are on vehicle his response was this “ I didn’t appraise it the mechanic did . Also, I’ll be quite frank with you we need to make at least $15,000 off of you .” If you have a trade in please check the condition report carefully and inspect your vehicle for curb rashes as I did notice a light curb rash on one of the wheels after the appraisal .

Awesome Experience

We happened to buy our Land Rover Discovery vehicle from this dealer. Our experience was very pleasant and satisfactory. Everyone at the dealership was very professional especially our sales person, Reda Habati , who helped us from the beginning to the end of the transaction. Reda was pleasant, very upfront and honest. Reda Habati was very professional, very courteous and patient with our family. He made our buying experience very easy and tolerable. The finance department was also very efficient and up-to-date. In short, we had a great experience with the dealership.

You can't get better than Colin!!!

I came to the dealership not even in the market for a car. Our car was in for service and we had a rental for a week, which I naturally fell in love with. I decided I loved it so much that I"d check out some of the other models and when I did so, Colin Unterkofler introduced me to the car I ended up buying. I not only love my new car, but I ad such an amazing experience working with Colin while purchasing it - he's friendly, down to earth, easy to chat with, and really cares about what your concerns and needs are when it comes to your vehicle so that you are sure to walk away with what you need. I never felt pressured into choosing a vehicle, and felt comfortable that I had seen all my options before making my decision. I walked away thrilled with my choice in both my vehicle and my salesman! I couldn't recommend either any more.

Andy is Amazing
