EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & EXPERIENCE

Gavin Kassiri made my buying experience much more personable and accommodating. We looked at a few different options and never felt pressured into purchasing the more expensive vehicle with more options. Rather, it was about which car was suitable for my needs and wants. Gavin addressed all of my questions and concerns. I let him know what my number was, and we tried to get as close to that number as we could. Once I purchased the new car, Craig was kind enough to spend an hour going over all of the different features and tech interface with me. He made learning how to use the system much more understandable, and was able to simplify it in a way that I could continue make adjustments. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would purchase from Rosenthal again. Be sure to ask for Gavin if you're in there shopping for a new car.

Excellent experience

Gavin was amazing to work with. He explained everything in detail to us about the Discovery Sport and addressed all our concerns. He is very professional and knowledgeable. If you planning to visit the store , make sure to ask for Gavin.

buying experience was outstanding

Gavin who was my salesperson who worked a miracle on my behalf to include the fiance department due to the fact my credit wasn't that great.

Jerome Cabbagestalk was great!

I appreciated Jerome's approach. Car shopping is not fun for me. I explained that I'd nailed my car search down to 3 cars, but had one more to test drive and I'd make my decision right after test driving the last car. He didn't call me repeatedly, which I hate, but a few times just to make sure I knew he wanted my business. In the end, he'd already sold me on the F-Pace. When I returned to purchase, I ended up with a better model than the one I'd originally decided upon. Thank you Jerome! I will let refer you to anyone looking for a new car. BTW, my finance person was a pleasure too. She was friendly and easy to work with.

This morning, 3/22/2018, I went to Rosenthal intending to have my 2006 Jaguar repaired and wound up buying a new car. This in part was because the salesperson, Gavin Kassiri, was quite helpful and efficient. This particular Rosenthal Dealership in general is a nice place in which to purchase and service a Jaguar.

Colin is the man!

I don't like shopping. Even less when it comes to car shopping. The thought of getting something after having my jeep for 12 years was daunting, but Colin Unterkofler was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Last weekend I went up to the Rosenthal dealership looking to buy a used vehicle and he was able to find exactly what I was looking for, get me an amazing deal, and make the buying experience short and easy! He was extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend going to see Colin if you need a vehicle! Perfect ride, perfect deal, perfect experience.

Disappointing experience

I leased a Range Rover Evoque in November and the process was not smooth...some 'miscommunications' occurred along the way and I brought them to Gavin's attention so that they could be addressed and I would be able to give the dealership a positive rating. The Sales Manager, Shawn, contacted me and offered to make things right, including extending my maintenance plan for an extra year. He indicated that I would just need to come in to sign revised paperwork. Four months later, it still hasn't happened and my voice messages and emails to Gavin and Shawn have gone unanswered. I feel like they got the sale and now don't care what happens after the fact. I have several friends who own Range Rovers and/or Jaguars and my advice to them is to shop elsewhere. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen and it's ultimately how they are resolved that matters--and there seems to be no interest in following through on getting this resolved.
