We were fortunate to meet Jerome Cabbagestalk in the outdoor parking lot when we arrived, hoping to see one specific Jaguar we saw online. He immediately said he'd find the keys and pull it around, took copies of our driver's licenses, and we were off and running, sitting in the vehicle, being shown its many features. We had 2 toddlers with us and he was very gracious about taking me and my husband, one at a time for a test drive while the other stayed with the kids. He didn't try to up-sell us on any other cars and made the process as efficient as possible. We would definitely recommend this dealership!

Gavin Kassiri was amazing and so friendly! Even though we came right before closing he was still super helpful and stayed the whole time with us. I’ve been to dealerships before where they are upset you came so late not Gavin. The financial team was awesome as well.

I basically donated 8k to this group after purchasing a vehicle meant to give my son a good start in his professional career upon College graduation. Transmission failed before the first oil change was due! 4 months and 3500 miles later and I couldn’t even get a call back from the service department or my sales rep. I should have seen this coming at the beginning of the transaction, as the service department supposedly went over the car and changed rear brakes and a glazed headlight, but failed to discover that the front rotors were seriously warped. I discovered how bad the rotors were on the 30 mile highway trip home. They had to send a driver to pick it up and change out the rotors and pads. Mistake of mine to trust these guys, however despite the lost money, I am more disappointed that no one in the organization felt that returning a phone call as promised was warranted.

I recently bought a 2017 Discovery from Rosenthal JLR, and I have nothing but great things to say about the experience. James Duncan helped me find the perfect car that matched all of my preferences, and worked with me to settle on a good deal. All of my interactions with James, and others at this dealership, were straightforward and friendly, and I never felt any of the pushy sales behavior often experienced at other dealers. I have every intention of buying my next car here as well, and I would recommend this dealership (and James in particular) to anyone looking for a new Jaguar/Land Rover.

Augie Borges is one of the best when it comes to listening to his customers and delivering. He knows his cars well and does an excellent job of explaining all the various options and the capabilities of the cars. He is a pleasure to work with.
