Awesome customer service

I was on the fence weather to go with Land Rover or Lexus. after spending some time with Mike and asking every question you can imagine about the Land Rover LR4 I felt he was very honest and patient with us. I always dread going to dealerships 1 because of the games and 2 the long time they keep you. We were in and out and their was no game playing!!! I definitely recommend you go to Rosenthal Jaguar Land Rover and ask for Mike

Excellent experience with Gavin Kassiri

We were initially undecided whether to get a Mercedes or a Range Rover. Prior to getting our Range Rover, we stopped at the Mercedes Benz dealership and test drove the new GLC. The car was nice, but we still wanted to test drive a Range Rover. Both cars are nice, but what sealed the deal is sales consultant Gavin Kassiri. He was very patient and treated us like family. I personally hate going to dealerships because they tend to keep me there for hours before sealing a deal. With Gavin, it was smooth sailing. He worked hard to satisfy our demands. I definitely would recommend him to friends who may be interested in getting a Range Rover.

Great Online Service

Best Car Purchase Experience

I normally dread going through the car buying purchase however this time was so much different from other experiences. My fiance and I had the pleasure working with Jerome Cabbagestalk who was extremely accommodating to our circumstance, I just had our son less than a week prior to our purchase. Jerome was extremely professional and made the process seamless, every concern and question we had he addressed. We were looking for a SUV to get us through DC's unpredictable weather and with a newborn and his job being on call even during blizzard conditions it was imperative we have something reliable which is why we decided on a Land Rover, the best decision we made.

Best New Car Purchase Experience Ever

This was by far the best experience with buying a new car that I've ever had. In 30+ years of buying cars, it's never been this painless. Michael Blackburn was the key. Michael was responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and very sensitive to our requirements, timelines and busy schedules. I would work with him and Rosenthal again in a heartbeat.

Great experience

It's been a great experience working with Reda, he was very helpful and patience with answering my questions and concerns. The financial office stuff was very helpful in explaining all the details, made the process very easy and comfortable.

Great service, helpful staff!

I hate being haggled at dealerships, but this dealer was great! No haggling, they answered all my questions and were very responsive. Mr. Habati and Mr. Taft were very nice and made my car buying experience stress free!

This has been by far my best vehicle purchase experience.

I searched the web, found what I wanted, called Reda whom linked me with the finance guy Kassari and he ran my credit and numbers, bingo within a day they told me to come pick up my truck! Talk about team work! Smooth and easy

Fourth Rover Purchase

I have purchased four Rovers from Rosenthal - all with Jerome. As always, he was very attentive - calling me when the new models come in to make sure I got exactly the Sport I wanted. Before I bought another Rover, I had looked at some other options; but Jerome and his team made it so easy (and affordable) to get in another Rover, all thoughts of going elsewhere were gone. My wife will be purchasing a new vehicle soon....and I am sure Jerome will be selling us number 5.
