It was an outstanding car buying experience with Mr. Gavin Kassiri on my new 2016 Range Rover Evoque from beginning to the end. Mr Kassiri was very friendly, professional and had great knowledge about the cars and features. Explained and showed us all the gadgets/features/how to use..etc. Most importantly, he worked very hard to get us good deal on the car. Both my wife and I had very pleasant car buying experience, especially due to outstanding service and care received from Mr. Gavin Kassiri. Highly recommend him if you are shopping for new Land Rover/Range Rover/Jaguar next time.

Purchased a CPO (well, actually had it "C", it was initially just PO), and was very well looked after by Jerome! Would go back to him in a heartbeat - and hope to soon!

My experience at Rosenthal Jaguar/LandRover
When I found two CPO Land Rovers at Rosenthal that sparked my interest I called to schedule a test drive. As luck would have it Jerome answered the phone and was quick to recognize me from previous dealings (always a good way to start a conversation). He confirmed that the Land Rovers were in stock and had the keys ready when I arrived for test drives. Jerome acknowledged that he had driven both vehicles and preferred one over the other. After driving both I agreed with his assessment and we closed the deal. It's obvious Jerome takes pride in his work and has the customers best interest in mind. This was evident when after taking delivery I called Jerome and informed him that the rear cargo cover was missing from the Land Rover. Without hesitation he said bring the vehicle in so he could install a new cover. When I arrived he came out and promptly installed the cover ( good customer relations on Jerome's part). Come time to purchase another Land Rover from Rosenthal, Jerome will be my salesmen of choice. On the finance side, Tyler was able to save me some money by offering an interest rate below a prearranged loan rate. Needless to say I was please with the financial outcome.

Painless experience
When I found the exact low mileage F-type that I'd been searching for at Rosenthal, I was apprehensive as I live in New York. I dealt with Jerome and the rest of the team mainly by email and phone and they were a pleasure. Jerome even came in on his day off to show me the cars features before the 5 hour drive back to NY. The car was delivered in new condition, despite having 8k miles.

Excellent Experience - Range Rover HST
I was very pleased with the overall experience. But when I buy a car from a particular dealer its because of the sales man. Jerome Cabbagestalk was our sales man and he was one of the reasons I got the car. He was very knowledgable and most of all provided great suggestions. I am pretty sure if I ever buy from LandRover it will because I want to give more business to Jerome. Overall great experience buy a car, they made it very easy I was in and out in less than hour.
