Gavin was an excellent, well dressed, knowledgeable and very friendly representative. The deal was as smooth as silk. His demeanor and sincerity would have me to seek him out on any further cars I may want to purchase.

I live in Richmond, Va, had identified the pre-owned vehicle I wanted. Wasn't thrilled with the pricing for the vehicle at the local dealership so looked to see what was available on the internet. The Rosenthal Land Rover dealership had a greater selection and their "internet" pricing was very attractive. So called and made the trip up to Vienna. So glad I did! Jerome Cabbagestalk was super to work with. He was patient and knowledgeable and made me feel that he was there to be helpful and supportive in whatever decision I made. I never felt any sales pressure. When I made a decision around a particular vehicle, he noticed an small crack in the windshield and made sure it was replaced. When I returned to pick up the car, it look like as if it were brand new. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure.

It was truly a pleasure to work with Gavin Kassiri to find the car that I wanted. I have been buying from Rosenthal for the past five years but more importantly have been going back because of Gavin! I just had to express my warmest gratitude for the three people that went above and beyond to make my experience at Land Rover an unforgettable one. First off, KZ was incredible patient and attentive to my needs he made recommendations as necessary and was great at his service. The manager Sean went above and beyond to make sure I would be a lifetime customer and Thad exactly what I will be from here on out. He managed to get me a great deal on a 2016 Envoque! An unbelievable deal! As well as Ty the finance representative was able to do a lot for me to make sure that I would get the car I want at the price that was reasonable to me. All in all - this is the ONLY dealership I would recommend from here on out. A quick note - I went o the Land Rover in Alexandria earlier that day and couldn't find 1 representative that was willing to help me! If you want great service go to KZ, Sean, and Ty! I have purchase couple days ago my Mercedes GL 550 and let me tell you that the service at this place is very high standard. From the sales person Reda Habati to the finances services, everyone was very professional and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for luxurious affordable car to own with great service. Make sure you ask for Reda Habati , this guy speaks English, French, Spanish, Arabic and very nice.

I went to this dealer on a Thursday night about 7pm. I have a busy schedule and needed to buy a Rover without wasting 3 hour doing so. I was greeted by Reda the sales associate, I told him what i needed and explained my time constraints and voila I drove back home in my new Rover before 9 pm!

I was looking for a new Jaguar XF for a while. Reda found a beautiful Jaguar and he make the process very easy for me. Reda was honest, friendly, and accommodating I am happy with my Jaguar. Had a 2013 Range Rover Sport but wanted to purchase the 2015. Picked a few cars and changed my mind SEVERAL times but they were more than patient, made me feel at home and at the end got a great deal on my Black on Black RR Sport Supercharged. Reda was fantastic, he wasn't pushy, very honest and he made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. I LOVE my new car and the customer service was top notch!
