When we walked in at Rosenthal Jaguar in mid-August, my husband and I only intended to check out cars and not quite ready to purchase. We were lucky enough to be greeted by Reda Habati, who helped us in checking out the new Discovery. Reda was very professional, with a friendly attitude, but most of not pushy, by any means. He took his time in showing and explaining the different models. When we got home that night, my husband solicited other dealership to compare pricing, Reda gave us the most competitive price. The next day we came back and put in our deposit. Reda was very upfront and honest in the delivery of the truck, which we were told could take 3 months due to the options we added. To our surprise, it only took a little over 2 months, and we got our brand new 2016 Land Rover Discovery. As exciting as it can be, my husband and I, dread buying a house and buying a new car. Reda made our experience very smooth and painless, we never felt pressured. Julianna was also helpful in providing information on the accessories. I contacted the Internet Manager, Jerome Cabbagestalk and arranged a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, Mr. Cabbagestalk was waiting and ready. He was patience with me while I asked a zillion questions about the car technology and when it was time to talk business he did not use "pressure tactics" or avoiding answering any of my questions with excuses.
