Great Car Buying Experience
We have been looking for a White Range Rover Sport with Red interior for some time now. Reda at Rosenthal Land Rover didn't give up on us and followed up weekly for over 3 months until we finally found the perfect car! He was very flexible with our busy schedule and made the car buying easy and effortless. We LOVE our new car and will be working with Reda again in the future! Highly recommend this dealership!

Great experience
I actually rode onto the Rosenthal Jaguar Land Rover lot last Friday Morning (August 14, 2015) to look at pre-owned Jaguar cars. I was greeted by Mr. Gavin Kassiri, who made me feel extremely welcomed and was eager to assist me in looking at the pre-owned Jaguars on the lot. I explained to Gavin that I was looking to purchase a pre-owned car for my wife's birthday, September 30. The wife and I both agreed a pre-owned car would be the best buy if we could find the exact car we wanted. Gavin listened to me and promised to do his best to find the car, my wife and I would consider buying. Now! Here is the unbelievable part of this story; Gavin called me on Wednesday or Thursday with the most amazing deal on a 2015 Jaguar XJL, the exact car my wife wanted. We purchased the car on Thursday and drove the car home Friday Night, August 21, 2015. I have bought numerous new cars but this was the best experience I've ever experienced with a dealership. Mr. Kassiri and everyone at the Rosenthal Dealership that I've met during this transaction has been the ultimate professionals. I feel Gavin and I met for reasons other than the sale/purchase of a fine automobile; his and my relationship will continue to blossom! If I had to put numbers to how satisfied I am with Gavin, words can't express but since you want numbers he is a 10 Plus in my book.

Fantastic & Friendly Top-Notch Service!
Yesterday we met Gavin K. and told him what we were looking for in a vehicle and he led us to our dream car within 5 minutes of stepping foot onto the lot. Gavin was not only so incredibly friendly and personable to my fiance and I, but he made our two young kids feel liike part of the process. He went out of his way to accomodate us and keep the process moving quickly to get us in and out in our new ride. Honest and Equitable
We weren't anticipating purchase our new LR4. KZ greeted us as soon as we arrived - we gave him an idea of what we would consider. A short while later we were discussing terms and expectations. During the entire process, KZ was professional and courteous and was very up front with his responses to our questions. I felt like we received a very fair deal and great customer service. From the sales floor to the back office financing, my partner and I were both were very impressed and glad that we were able to reach a mutually agreed upon price and now own a beautiful LR4. The Place to Purchase a Land Rover
Here's a word rarely used in the car buying experience. Fun. That is how I describe my experience with Rosenthal Land Rover. As a repeat customer of Rosenthal I had high expectations with how the interaction process would transpire. However, the team at Rosenthal has just gotten even better than the last time. My salesman again was Michael Blackburn, aka "Internet Mike". Mike tirelessly worked to put the deal together by going to great lengths to find the perfect Range Rover for me. Rosenthal didn't have the exact vehicle I was looking for and Michael never tried to push me onto something they had in stock. He simply rolled up his sleeves and went to work for me finding EXACTLY what I wanted. He was able to find a vehicle which matched perfect my requested options. I could not have ordered one any closer to what I wanted. Throughout the entire process he maintained a casual friendly professional relationship and was always quick to respond to my calls, emails, and texts. He maintained communication even on his days off. Does this guy even take a day off? He stayed in constant communication keeping me apprised of the latest updates. I could not ask for more in a salesman. If that weren't enough, next steps up the legendary Tyler Tart to close the deal. What can be said that has not already been said on the Internet about this man. He simply makes you feel like you've been known each other since childhood. He's knowledgeable, polite, and made all the paperwork a breeze. He was also able to answer directly every question I came up with about the lease program. And I ask a lot of questions. If you want the best car buying experience I recommend the dream team of Michael Blackburn and Tyler Tart. In addition to that, the whole team at Rosenthal that I had interaction with was excellent. Everyone greeted us, smiled, and made you feel like you mattered. I will be back and will send all my friends to them as well.

New car experience
I would like to thank Gavin Kassiri first for the warm and gentle greeting when we first meet in person, he made me feel like a family member of the dealership, and for his "excellent expertise" in getting the car and the paperwork done for the smooth purchasing experience for me on a beautiful 2015 XF. Also working with Tyler Tart on the financing was quick and easy with the paperwork his kindness with explaining everything with my contract. I just felt good working with this team of experts in purchasing my new car. I would also like to thank Jualianna Reckendorf for her help in having the leaper and splash guards and celijet added to my car and to check with me to see if I was satified with the work done, and I was. Excellent
Purchased a new 2015 Jaguar XF on the 7-21 and i tell you the service matched the car completely. Gavin and Tyler are good at what they do. I got a good deal that once I compared to others turned out to be a great deal. I'm not into fluff I like function, i.e. Jaguar XF, and these guys are 'bottom line' focused enough to keep me as a residual customer.
