Especially “Tommy Rougeux” is one of the best service advisor there. Therefore, I continue to purchase LR3, Range Rover Sport and Discovery from this dealership year after year and will continue to do so in the future.

Service department is incapable of communicating.
Service department is incapable of communicating. Kept 3 month old car for 3 days without calling. I had to call several times before reaching service representative. Was told car had not even been looked at. When the car was finished it was supposed to be delivered to my home at 8:30 am. Car never appeared nor did anyone call. My husband went to pick it up and no one was able to find the car. My husband eventually found it in a service bay. When I did speak to my service tech she hung up on me.

Tommy scheduled me the same day and delivered my truck back to me in record time, while I waited in the LR lobby. Gerges Morkos is the BEST service rep!
Gerges Morkos is the BEST service rep! I am deeply disappointed that my Velar required a new AC compressor, costing $4800, with only 57,000 miles on the car. Having said that, Gerges did everything he could to make the service efficient.
