Josh was wonderful.

Josh is awesome!

Josh is awesome! We specifically go to this location for all of our car services because he is so helpful and knowledgeable. We just bought a brand new Hyundai palisade because of Josh’s recommendation and helpful input, and it was such a smooth and easy purchase! Thanks again!

This Dealership is great because of the people that work

This Dealership is great because of the people that work there. Josh the service writer/coordinator is great. He has been taking care of me for years. I’m very mechanically inclined and have worked at a dealership before, and I’ve only really trusted two guys in all my years, and Josh is of course one of them. He's very competent, super nice, and goes out of his way to make sure everything works out for his customers. He has gone to bat for me for warranty issues that would not have went well if someone that cared less or didn’t understand the issues would’ve handled it. If you get service here, I’d highly recommend scheduling with Josh!

After a number of frustrating car experiences this year,

After a number of frustrating car experiences this year, I walked into Hyundai of Palm Springs expecting another one. Instead, the moment I walked into Josh Chaffin’s office, he greeted me with kindness, patiently listened to my car issues and then very patiently explained how they would try to fix it and why my previous problems had occurred. In every possible way, from the kindness and patience he showed to exploring creative and cost effective solutions, Josh went above and beyond anything I was expecting or even hoping for. He is supremely capable and incredibly kind, and I can’t imagine having a better example of how a business should be run.

So many great reviews, Eric ripped me off so badly and lied about it! Instead of saying he made a mistake, he totally lied. So disappointing.

This place deserves 10 stars.

This place deserves 10 stars. You are not going to find a better dealership anywhere. Up front about everything and honest. Selling at MSRP without nonsense add-ons. The customer service is exceptional. Nick the sales guy was awesome all the way thru the process. The next Hyundai, Genesis, or Mercedes I buy will be from this dealership group without a debt. These guys deserve to get as many vehicle allocations from the manufacturers as possible. They are doing what is right for the brand reputation. Everyone, take the time to make sure and let Hyundai know that these guys are the ultimate brand ambassadors. Thanks for a memorable and positive car buying experience.

Arrived for service believing I needed a headlamp

Arrived for service believing I needed a headlamp assembly costing $700. Eric in service department evaluated head light and determined all I needed was directional adjustment. Great service team. I am always greeted by name and receive thorough explanation of service required and performed. Thanks George, Eric and Julio for saving me $700.
