Hyundai of Palm Springs

I am overall satisfied by the way I was treated when entering the Palm Springs Hyundai car dealership. I have been all over the place trying to find the right vehicle with every little thing that I require with and within it. I found exactly that and drove off in my new car hours later. So far so GREAT!

Patrick was awesome to work with and very understanding to my families needs in a vehicle. He also checked up on me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I have already recommended a co-worker to go see him to purchase a new and will come see him when I need another car for my family.

There was a particular car that I wanted and I called PSH and the salesperson was very knowledgeable about the inventory and he had a car waiting there for me exactly what I requested didn't try to show me anything else I was very happy

Patrick and Andre went above and beyond to explain everything and ensure everything was just right. Car is excellent with lots of useful features. I’m very pleased. Staff was very patient, helpful, attentive but not pushy. Great follow up.

Will return as we had a very positive experience, explained our needs and financial desires and Greg was able to meet our requirements. Sales manager showed us different ways to save money and yet lower our payments. Will return when a new vehicle is required.

Buying a new car and trading in my old vehicle was simple thanks to an excellent staff. Well I could go on and on praising the dealership but I've already done it.

This is the third Hyundai I have leased with Palm Springs Hyundai. I have always been pleased with the professional salesmen and service personnel I have worked with. I know I will find a great product at a fair price with them as well as easy returns on my leases at the end of term. Yhey have matched me with the right level of each vehicle to meet my need perfectly. I have downsized from a Tucson Limited to a Sonata Sport to a new 2018 Elantra GT which is the best sized vehicle for me and my needs right now. I am a very happy customer who feels good about the car and good about ghe people who sold it to me and will service it for the next 3 years.

This was not my first purchase of a Hyundai. The personnel at Palm Springs Hyundai have previously sold me a car and have serviced my family's vehicles no matter what the make for a lengthy period of time. The recent purchase was handled professionally and proved to be a pleasant experience. I have nothing but praise for those who handled this purchase for me. Moreover, I expect the next time I want a new car I will be working with the staff of Palm Springs Hyundai.

This is a very nice and clean dealership with friendly staff who are not overly aggressive. They got me a great price on my new 2018 Sonata 2.0 Turbo Limited and even took the time to wash my wife's 2017 Santa Fe Ultimate. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car and would go even further to recommend they request Patrick Fleckenstein as their salesperson as he delivered outstanding service.
