New Car Purchase

Garrett Whitaker was our salesman and was very good. Not pushy, knew what he was talking about and listened to what I wanted and needed. It was the best experience in buying a car that I ever had. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

Wonderful experience

2018 Genesis G80

Outstanding vehicle, much more value than others at 20K- 30K more. Extremely happy with my Genesis G80. All the extras without the add on fees. Great customer service. My wife is already talking about getting a Genesis for herself.

Bad Customer Service

Received truly bad customer service when buying our 2 new cars. One of the electronic key were missing for one of our cars. After multiple lies by the sales people, and multiple ignored phone calls and messages it's been 2 weeks and I still do not have the key for our brand new Tucson.

Totally Satisfied

Got my lease Hyundai from PS and the service department has been a 10++ That is why I came back for my new Hyundai.... Greg Dixon again was excellent and a true pleasure to work with as was Ruth in finance. I am a happy Hyundai owner.....again

everything was just ok....no special treatment or service....i guess you get what you pay for....service at BMW and Mercedes Benz was much more professional. that is more than 25 words......

New Tucsan

Always very knowledgeable at Palm Springs. Wished there were more features on the vehicle ( seat setting for 2 drivers, wood trim on dash) and I'd gotten first choice color I wanted, (ruby wine) but I knew what I was buying and staff was great.

Review of the purchase of my 2017 Tuscon

I went to Palm Springs to purchase my car because of the Costco deal, I had already test driven a Tuscon at the La Quinta dealership. Since I live in La Quinta I would have preferred to shop there. However, the service I received in Palm Springs was great.

Excellent customer service

We went "just to look" for a near future purchase. This is my second Sonata from them. As always, my experience was pleasant, they were not pushy, was in and out in 4 hours. I love their warranty and their service department in top notch. I have recommended the Palm Springs location many times.
