I it a pleasure to deal with Palm Springs Hyundai and I have been very happy from the front office to service. Everytime I have gone to the showroom, service or for parts the people are friendly and helpful. I have never seen a negative person in there. To me this says a lot for the business.

Loved working with Steve Allen - knowledgeable and fun. Dealership very busy when I made my purchase but things still moved along well. It might have been an error that the extended warranty was written into my contract but I noticed it and it was quickly removed.

Great Experience

In the past, the car buying experience was something I dreaded but this wasn't at all. I was well taken care of and felt my needs were met. For once I didn't walk out of a dealership feeling like exhausted and as though I had been taken advantage of. Steve and Ruth took GREAT care of me.

Sales experience was handled in a professional, friendly and fun experience. Totally different than the embarrassing experience at LaQuinta Hyundai. LaQuinta Hyundia is 3 miles from my house and Palm Springs Hyundia is 20 miles.

Great Experience

We had a great experience with this dealer ship, we had a accent that we had service there regularly, so we were familiar with the service department. My sales person Daniel went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied, he called confirmed and I felt give us the best deal possible. I felt I was not pressured and I got a very very good comfortable Deal

My time at hyndai

I had little time to spend in finding a new vehicle. Through prior conversations hyndai found my car and had me pre-approved. Still took time to show me other options I was interested in and made sure I was happy with my choice

Second time service after purchasing.

They provided me the excellent service. I am very happy with this second time service after I bought. My car is fabulous and totally clean. It is liked brand new car again. They have another car for me to drive around with a full tank of gas while I had to leave my to get it done, it's part of the warranty. The staffs are excellent and professional.
