Best car buying experience I have ever had
This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman Steve made me feel confident in my decision and was very straight forward, honest, and delivered what he said he would. By the end of the transactions I felt as if I had known him for years. Even my wife commented on his great personality. It is because of him that I will not only recommend this dealership, but will come back for my next car as well. I would also like to recognize Todd the general sales manager who was very transparent with all details and has great integrity as he also did what he said he would do and absolutely did all he could to get me the best deal. I checked out 5 car dealerships (different brands) to buy this car and Palm Springs Hyundai made it an easy choice on who to buy from just because of the team. I could have bought for less money but could not find the reason why to do that when I was treated so nice here. Thank you for taking care of me and making my wife happy with a great car. You loose sales when salesmen Pre-Judge people!
The first tier I came in, I was dresses in everyday clothes, and driving my 1999 Tracker. There were three salesmen at desks in the showroom and two of them tried to ignore me. and snickered at the young man who jumped up to talk to me. The young man was very polite. I told him that I would buy a new car within a month, but was not ready to purchase that day. He said that was fine, and when I told him I was used to driving Lincolns or Cadillac's, He showed me the Genesis 80. I was very impressed and came back about a month latter and bought one. I was told the young man no longer worked there. I was sad about that, but I dealt with Greg Dixon, Who was very nice to work with also. Yesterday a contractor who was working on my home said he had wanted to buy a Genesis Coupe, but when he came into that showroom with his wife, they refused to let him test drive one of the cars. He bought a Lexus.

Daniel and Garret worked well together to help us make a quick deal. We could only afford a lease and they got the numbers close to what we could afford comfortably.

My Surprisingly Pleasant Car Buying Experience
Ricky Wong greeted me as I walked onto the dealership with a friendly smile. He showed me the vehicle I said I was interested in trying out, the Tucson. We drove several some with Turbo charge and the Limited without the turbocharged engine. I liked the one we first test drove but found I couldn't afford all the features that were on the vehicle, so looked at another one without so many features and was more affordable to me. He was very helpful during the test drive and in explaining all the features the vehicle had. He was not pushy at all during the selection period and neither was the finance person he turned me over to, Ruth Sinfuego. The overall experience was and has been very pleasant so far and am sure the future will be as pleasant.
